Founding Partner at Daverio & Florio Studio Legale with a career beginning in 1982; she advises and represents clients in employment, social security and trade union matters and manages the firm's litigation and organisational activities across Italy. She holds a law degree from the University of Milan (1982) and is cofounder and Vice President of INNANGARD, an international employment law alliance.
