Born in Amalfi in 1937, Salvatore Florio is a founding partner of Studio Legale Daverio & Florio and specialises in employment, trade unions and social security law. He has advised leading Italian and foreign banks since the 1970s and has handled related corporate matters including mergers, windings‑up and transfers of business; he was admitted to the Roll of Advocates and Attorneys of Milan in 1963 after graduating in Jurisprudence in 1960.
