He provides comprehensive labour law and industrial relations advice to major Italian and international banks and companies, with strong experience in reorganizations, extraordinary operations, employment litigation, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective layoffs, union litigation and contract management—particularly in the credit sector, and is recognized nationally for his work in Italian labour and employment law.
