Régis Bergonzi is a defence lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Monaco with Bergonzi Law Firm, admitted to the Monaco bar in 2005. He specialises in criminal law and procedure, contract and banking law, represents the Principality of Monaco at the Council of Europe's Committee for the Prevention of Torture, and has served as President of the Monaco Bar Association and as former President of the Human Rights Commission of the International Association of Lawyers.
