Partner at Vokshi & Lata Law Firm in Kosovo; an attorney at law and registered trademark agent before the Kosovo IP Office who specializes in intellectual property and tax law. He is the exclusive partner of REACT (The Anti-Counterfeit Network) for Kosovo, has been engaged as an external expert drafting IP primary and secondary legislation, and is regarded as a leading Kosovo expert in IP; he holds an LL.M. from Université Lumière Lyon 2 (2011).
