Senior Partner at Vokshi & Lata Law Firm with over 40 years' experience as a judge, attorney and public official in Kosovo, recognized for his litigation work and expertise in real estate and family law. He has served as Commissioner at the Kosovo Property Agency, was President of the Kosovo Bar Association (2004–2006), has been a member of the Kosovo Judicial Council, and is active in civil procedure teaching and legal drafting work including contributions to the Civil Code of Kosovo.
