Sergiusz Kielian is a Partner and Attorney-at-Law at Baker Tilly Legal Poland in Warsaw, specializing in corporate and transactional matters with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, capital markets and corporate disputes. He advises Polish and international clients on share and asset deals, joint ventures, investment agreements, distressed asset acquisitions and corporate restructurings, including cross-border transactions and matters relating to the e‑commerce sector.
