Valentín Ibarra is a Partner at Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa with more than 19 years of experience in tax, administrative and financial litigation, technology (digital) law and financial technology (Fintech), and he leads the firm's Fintech, Tax Litigation and TMT areas. He teaches tax law at Universidad Panamericana, is founder and professor of Financial Technology Law at Universidad Panamericana and Universidad Iberoamericana, and is a published author and frequent speaker on technical legal topics.
