Ágúst Karl Guðmundsson is a Partner and Managing partner of KPMG Law in Iceland who joined KPMG in 2007 and specialises in tax structuring, cross-border transactions, EU/EEA tax, M&A, transfer pricing and foreign investment. He holds a Jur. from the University of Iceland (2007) and an M in International and European Tax Law from the International Tax Center, University of Leiden (2008), and is a District Court Attorney (hdl.), 2010.
