Søren Bjerre Bach is a Partner and attorney at HaugaardBraad in Denmark, specialising in insolvency, agricultural law and real estate law; he joined the firm in September 2021 and has more than 25 years' experience. His career includes service as an assistant judge with the Danish Ministry of Justice, appointment as an administrator for the bankruptcy court, roles at law firms in northern Jutland, and most recently a position as branch manager at Spar Nord bank overseeing the debt collection division for businesses and private individuals.
