Dina Duraković is the Managing Partner of dmb partners in Bosnia & Herzegovina, a corporate lawyer with over 19 years of post-qualification experience advising local and international clients on M&A, competition and employment matters. She represents clients in complex commercial and cross-border transactions, works with financial institutions and major corporates, and is a regular lecturer on corporate and employment law.
