Merel Goldschmidt is a Partner at Hoboken in the Netherlands who advises and litigates in employment law, specialising in individual and collective dismissals, works councils, appointment and dismissal of managing directors, trade union negotiations on collective labour agreements and social plans, and remuneration policies. She works with large and medium-sized companies and began her career at Allen & Overy in 2009, later working at Rutgers & Posch and as a partner at TOON Advocaten before joining Hoboken as a partner in 2025.
