Partner and tax specialist at Advisius (Brussels Bar) advising on all aspects of direct tax (corporate and personal) at Belgian and international levels, with particular focus on corporate structuring/restructuring, M&A, private equity, investment funds, international mobility and remuneration, and high net worth individuals. He also advises on tax audits, ruling requests and tax litigation and serves as an adjunct professor at ESCP-Europe on international tax topics.
