Supreme Court Lawyer and Senior Counsel with a Dr. jur. from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and over 25 years' experience advising public organizations and legal entities on public procurement, civil and business law, and regulated sectors such as energy, environment, transportation and tourism. She serves as Legal Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Security (2024–present) and holds academic and consultancy roles including at the University of the Aegean's TTIDD-Lab and CIVINET Greece–Cyprus.
