Aleksandar Andrejic is Managing Partner at Andrejic & Partners in Serbia, specialising in banking & finance, corporate/M&A, and real estate and construction. He has advised banks, international organisations and governments on complex M&A, real-estate and insolvency matters — notable engagements include advising a foreign seller on a EUR 25m asset sale, representing Eyemaxx Real Estate in a EUR 15m real-estate transaction, representing a domestic company in a EUR 4m dispute, and advising the IFC on recovering over EUR 90m through insolvency and on an out-of-court restructuring with Victoria Group; he also has experience in mining and energy-sector matters.
