Pavla Křečková is Head of Banking & Real Estate at KPMG Legal in the Czech Republic, specialising in banking and financing and providing legal advisory on real estate. She advises creditors and financing recipients on acquisition, real estate, PPP and project financings (including syndicated loans), cross-border transactions in the CEE region and Slovakia, loan portfolio sales and restructurings, and has represented clients in real estate purchases/sales, due diligence and lease and management contract negotiations.
