Christina Traxler is a Partner and attorney at LeitnerLaw Rechtsanwälte in Austria who advises Austrian and foreign companies on tailored labor law solutions, represents them before courts and government authorities, and specializes in litigation and business/contract law. She lectures and publishes in her areas of expertise and holds a Doctor of Laws from the University of Linz; her dissertation “Das IESG im europarechtlichen Kontext” was awarded the AK-Wissenschaftspreis.
