Joost Schunselaar

Joost Schunselaar is a lawyer at Holla legal & tax who has specialised exclusively in employment law since starting his career in 2014 and has been part of Holla’s Employment Law practice group since March 2018. He advises and litigates on individual and collective employment law—particularly in the public sector and education—and has experience with Labour Inspectorate fines and warnings, employee participation schemes and works council law; he served for many years as chair of Holla’s works council and completed the Grotius Employment Law specialisation programme cum laude in 2021.
