Renée Huijsmans-Zwijnenburg is a partner at De Clercq Advocaten Notariaat in the Netherlands, specialising in employment law with particular focus on individual and collective dismissal, reorganisations and employment participation. She has worked as an attorney and legal advisor since 2009 and joined De Clercq in 2015 after completing the Grotius Employment Law specialist course in 2015.
