Michelle Wijnant is an Associate & Attorney at law at De Clercq Advocaten Notariaat who advises organisations on IT, privacy and cybersecurity matters and supports entrepreneurs with trademark registrations and monitoring. She specialises in compliance processes, regularly acts as a sounding board for DPOs and CISOs, began her legal career in 2016 and joined De Clercq in June 2021.
