Partner at Quadrant Advocaten in Belgium, specialising in Transport & Logistics, International Trade and Contract Law. He co-founded Meeusen, Bogaerts & De Groote (merged into Marcon & Rubens in 2010) and in 2023 co-founded Quadrant Legal; he is a member of the Belgian Maritime Law Association and holds a law degree from the University Institution of Antwerp (U.I.A.) and a diploma in Maritime and Inland Navigation Law from U.F.S.I.A.
