Robbert Rubens is an attorney at Quadrant Advocaten in Belgium focusing on transport & logistics, international trade, customs and indirect taxation. He previously worked at a consultancy (2021–2024) on indirect taxes related to international trade, began an internship at the Antwerp Bar in 2024, and holds a Master of Fiscal Law and a continuing education certificate in Customs & Excise from the University of Antwerp (2021).
