Stefan Derksen is the founding partner of STAUNCH and leads the firm's International Arbitration and Litigation practice. He has extensive trial experience in the Dutch courts, has represented clients in arbitration hearings worldwide, is recognised by Legal 500, Chambers and Lexology as a top-tier lawyer in commercial litigation and arbitration, occasionally accepts arbitrator and mediator appointments, and is a former deputy judge at the District Court of The Hague.
