Massimo Occhiena is Partner at LawaL STA and Full Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Sassari. He is a qualified administrative lawyer admitted to the Bar Association of Turin since 1999, lectures nationally and internationally on administrative, health, environmental and construction/urban planning law, and has served on legislative and public-sector committees; he is President of the Association of Administrative Lawyers of Piedmont.
