Roberto Romito is a Partner at LawaL STA in Italy who specialises in international and EU taxation, advising on cross-border (outbound and inbound) transactions and assisting foreign clients and institutional investors with withholding tax recovery and related tax litigation. He is registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Statutory Auditors, is a qualified ESG and Sustainability Auditor, and was seconded for two years to KPMG’s EU Tax Centre.
