Partner in CMS Wistrand's M&A and Corporate department in Sweden, advising on commercial, corporate and M&A matters and working with insurance and IT & telecoms clients. Joined Wistrand in 2005 after roles at Mannheimer Swartling (2002–2005) and service as a law clerk; member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2005.
