Merel Zwankhuizen is Founder and Partner at Your Corporate Notary and a Dutch civil law notary and corporate lawyer with 20 years' experience in corporate M&A and related notarial law. Her practice focuses on high-end corporate M&A, private equity, complex (cross-border) restructurings, joint ventures, management and employee participations and corporate governance; she has received nominations for ‘Civil Law Notary of the Year’ (2020) and ‘Best M&A Lawyer Mid Market’ (2024, 2025) and serves as a Disciplinary Court Member and lecturer in Dutch corporate and business law.
