Enrico De Luca is a founding partner at DL-LAW with over 25 years’ experience specialising in employment law; he began his career in Milan in 1999 and advises companies on reorganisations, M&A and private equity transactions as well as employment litigation. He is admitted to the Milan Bar, qualified to advocate before the Supreme Court (Italy), and is a long-standing member of associations including the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI).
