Managing Partner and founding partner of BCA Legal, Simone Carrà is a labour and employment lawyer with over 15 years' experience in complex employment matters; he co-founded BCA Legal in June 2024 with Professor Marco Biasi and combines practical, results-oriented problem-solving with academic expertise. He advises clients on collective dismissals, restructurings, union negotiations and high‑stakes employment litigation, and also handles general corporate and commercial matters in coordinated projects.
