Founding Partner at Nunziante Magrone and Head of the firm's Tax Department, advising on domestic, EU and international taxation including double taxation, transfer pricing, permanent establishment issues, VAT and tax implications of domestic and cross-border restructurings. Also advises family businesses on succession and corporate governance and has experience representing clients before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation and the European Court of Justice.
