Founding partner at Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC with over two decades’ experience leading the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice, advising on high-profile cross-border transactions and complex corporate disputes. Frequently retained as an expert witness in international arbitration involving Cypriot law, and has played a leading role in drafting commercial and insolvency legislation and in regulatory bodies including the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
