Camilla Magnus is Partner and head of Selmer's Corporate department in Norway, specialising in M&A, contract law and company law. She advises investment funds, private equity and venture capital firms as well as public and private companies, holds board positions in several private companies, and is recognised by IFLR1000, The Legal 500 and Chambers for her M&A work.
