Off counsel at Pareja i Associats, Advocats, Joaquim Bisbal specialises in Corporate Law, Insolvency Law and Securities Market Law and has extensive experience in developing public–private partnership models and project financing for major infrastructure projects. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Bologna, was a visiting researcher at Yale Law School, serves as Secretary General of BIMSA, sits on the editorial boards of Revista de Derecho Concursal y Preconcursal and Revista de Derecho del Mercado de Valores, and was Vice President of the Tax Council of the Barcelona City Council from May 2006 to September 2016.
