Partner at Across Legal (joined 2020) based in Spain, specializing in corporate and real estate law with extensive experience advising on venture capital, M&A transactions and incentive plans for venture capital funds, portfolio companies and business angels. Formerly worked at the European Commission and Garrigues; has held academic teaching roles in commercial law, intellectual property and technology transfer, and serves as General Secretary of the Spanish Fintech and Insurtech Association (AEFI) and Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the SOL Foundation.
