Daniele Zanni is a Partner at DWF Italy, Head of Real Estate and Co‑Head of the China Desk, specialising in real estate, non-performing loans (NPLs) and M&A. He advises domestic and international real estate funds, financial institutions, club deals and developers across asset classes including hospitality, residential, care homes, logistics and commercial properties, and supports transactions from opportunity identification and deal structuring to due diligence, contract negotiation and financing; he also assists Chinese investors with entry and development of real estate investments in Italy.
