Tolulope Adebayo is a Partner and Business Manager at Foundation Chambers in Nigeria, where she leads the Arbitration, Corporate Commercial, Energy and Trust practice group and advises on complex commercial disputes, arbitration proceedings and corporate transactions. She previously held senior roles at Kunle Ishola & Co., Aboyade & Co. (Senior Associate and Deputy Head of Chambers) and AEC Legal, and has experience acting as tribunal secretary and representing clients before domestic and international arbitral tribunals.
