Michelle Chikezie is a partner at G. Elias & Co in Nigeria who leads the firm’s capital markets, structured finance, venture capital and private equity transactions. She holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos, a B.L (Nigerian Law School, First Class Honours) and an LL.M from New York University, and is admitted to practise in Nigeria and New York State, USA.
