Professor Gbolahan Elias, SAN is a Partner at G. Elias & Co in Nigeria with BA, BCL (both First Class), MA and D.Phil degrees from Oxford University. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1981 and the New York Bar in 1990 and appointed a Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2005, he advises on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financings, infrastructure projects and arbitration across financial services, energy, telecommunications, consumer products and transport sectors.
