She has worked on transactions including assisting Asante Gold Corporation’s acquisition of 100% of the shares held by Red Back Mining (Ghana) Limited in Chirano Gold Mines Ltd and Red Back Mining Ghana Limited, advising a local mining company on the sale of a prospecting licence in Ghana’s Western Region, and acting as local counsel on a multi‑million‑dollar acquisition of the Ghanaian assets of Kinross Corporation.
