Senior Associate in the Tax and Corporate/Commercial teams at ǼLEX's Lagos office, advising on corporate and commercial transactions with a focus on direct and indirect tax and exchange control issues for inbound and outbound investments. He represents multinational and local companies in tax disputes before Tax Appeal Tribunals and superior courts and was part of teams handling tax disputes over US$6 billion for several international oil companies.
