Tiwalola Osazuwa is a PARTNER at ÆLEX in Nigeria, practising in Corporate & Commercial, Intellectual Property and Mergers & Acquisitions. She advises on intellectual property rights, franchising, licensing, technology transfer and product regulation, has acted for foreign franchises including Cold Stone Creamery, Johnny Rockets, Hard Rock Café and Tutor Doctor, and has worked on corporate acquisitions including The Coca‑Cola Company’s stake acquisitions in C.H.I. Limited and the purchase of a lubricant blending plant in the downstream oil and gas sector; she is President of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Nigeria and won the Rising Star Award at the IFLR 2021 Africa Awards.
