Mohamed Al Rafie is the founder and senior partner at Alliance Law in Egypt and has headed the firm's Dispute Resolution department since 2013. He specialises in litigation and arbitration across civil, commercial, administrative, labor, tax, white-collar and bankruptcy matters, has acted in WTO and multiple international and regional arbitrations, and previously served as an Assistant Public Prosecutor and as a judge involved in establishing Egypt's Economic Court.
