Partner at ADSERO–Ragy Soliman & Partners in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice, with more than nine years' experience advising on complex restructuring, M&A and capital markets transactions, fund structures and commercial agreements; qualified to practice law in Egypt. He has been part of the firm's senior leadership (previously as a Senior Associate and Counsel), leads the firm's Libyan desk, advises on transactions in the agriculture, education and healthcare sectors, is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the African Studies Center at Leiden University, and contributes to the World Bank Group's Doing Business unit.
