Counsel at Adsero - Ragy Soliman & Partners in Egypt, based in the M&A and Capital Markets department; joined the firm in 2020 and has more than six years of experience in commercial, M&A and capital markets matters. She previously worked at the Egyptian Competition Authority and at Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy and advises on transactional and regulatory matters including IPOs, M&A transactions, legal due diligence and restructuring strategies.
