Legal Associate advising on corporate governance, business formation, regulatory filings, and tax planning and compliance under domestic law and applicable double taxation treaties. Supports financial transactions (including syndicated loans, project finance and private equity), drafts and reviews commercial contracts, and has represented clients in commercial, land and matrimonial disputes across sectors such as energy, technology, manufacturing and financial services.
