Tarek Eltumi is a partner and founder of Eltumi Partners in Libya, dual Libyan and New York qualified and fluent in Arabic and English. He advises on corporate and commercial matters including foreign direct investment, joint ventures, restructurings, project development, finance and dispute resolution, and previously led Hogan Lovells' Libya practice and served as General Counsel for AECOM Libya overseeing the US$55bn Libyan Housing and Infrastructure Programme.
