Alia Safei is an Associate in the Corporate and Projects team at Afifi Law Firm in association with Dentons in Egypt, having joined Afifi in 2022. She advises on aviation transactions (including aircraft leasing and sale-and-leaseback), corporate transactions and governance, merger control and regulatory compliance, and represents clients before Egyptian authorities such as GAFI, the General Organization for Export and Import Control and the Central Bank of Egypt.
