Prof. Dr. Hassan El-Barrawy is Head of the Civil Law Department and Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research at Cairo University's Faculty of Law and is listed with Al-Feshawy, El-Shazly & Partners. He specialises in construction law, corporate law, IT, sports disputes, real estate, intellectual property and insurance, has practical experience drafting civil and commercial contracts, advising on commercial transactions and acting in arbitration, and has authored over 40 peer‑reviewed research papers and books; he holds a Ph.D. in Private Law from Cairo University.
