Partner in Appleby's Corporate department in Bermuda, with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law and international finance, and particular expertise advising on and structuring asset‑financed transactions for lenders and borrowers. Joined Appleby in 2005 after working at Weil Gotshal & Manges in their London and Silicon Valley offices; member of the Bermuda Bar Association and a Director of the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority.
