Senior Associate in Appleby’s Corporate department in Bermuda, specialising in corporate and commercial law with a strong emphasis on insurance and reinsurance. Admitted to the Bermuda Bar in 2021, she advises on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, catastrophe bonds, special purpose insurers, sidecars, life insurance securitisations and insurance-related regulatory matters; joined Appleby in 2022 after prior corporate experience at another Bermuda firm.
